How to login/logout?

  • How do I log in?
    • Go to a Telenet Hotspot
    • Start your computer
    • Open your browser and surf to a public website
    • The Telenet Hotspot login page appears
    • If the login page does not appear, surf to
    • Select your language (if you are asked to do so)
    • Enter your username (or email address) and the corresponding password and then click Continue:
    • You see a confirmation once you are logged in (you may also see a pop-up)
    • If your login was not successful, you return to the login screen where you see an error message

      Possible error messages and their meaning:

      • Login failed: incorrect username and/or password
      • Expired: your account has expired
      • No time left: you no longer have any remaining surf time on your account
  • How do I log out?
  • How do I gain access with a credit card?

    Step 1: Purchase surf credit with your credit card

    • Click Buy access with credit card
    • Select from the various options that are provided
    • Proceed through the entire online payment procedure
    • You receive a confirmation of your payment along with a username and password.

    Step 2: Log in to a Telenet Hotspot

    • Follow the normal login procedure using the username and password you have been given
    • Tip: Click Automatic login to automatically log in, but do not forget to make a note of your username and password for future use!
