  • monday - friday: 8 am-5 pm
  • in agreement with the customer, a different timing can be determined

Interventions in case of failure

  • In case of Important Failure with the Telenet hardware, Telenet will apply all reasonable means to repair the Failure within 6h, considering working days and hours of Installation & Service.
  • In case of Minor Failure with the Telenet hardware, Telenet will apply all reasonable means to repair the Failure within 12h, considering working days and hours of Installation & Service.
  • In case of Important Failure with the internet connection, Telenet will undertake the necessary actions within 6h to repair the Failure as soon as possible, considering working days and hours of Installation & Service. The resolution time might be dependant of the internet provider.
  • In case of Minor Failure with the Telenet hardware, Telenet will undertake the necessary actions within 12h to repair the Failure as soon as possible, considering working days and hours of Installation & Service. The resolution time might be dependant of the internet provider.
